The Eirtakon committee is delighted to announce the opening of pre-reg for Eirtakon 2012 with a special early bird price of €25 for the weekend.
To avail of the discounted price of €25 attendees just have to go to the pre-registration page here! Make sure to get in early, the early bird price will end on May 31st, when the standard price will be €30 for a pre-reg ticket. On the door at the weekend of the convention, prices will be €30 for a weekend pass and €20 for a day pass.
A pre-reg weekend ticket guarantees access to every moment of Eirtakon from start to finish and of course registered attendees will receive a FREE convention t-shirt! Everyone who signs up will be sent a confirmation email and payment can be made via Paypal or cheque. Book now to save!
Eirtakon is now in its 8th year and is bigger and better than ever. Eirtakon 2012 will once more take place in the Helix, which is one of the finest venues in the country and only 10 minutes from the centre of Dublin. The committee secured the use of the entire building in 2011 and will do so again in 2012, ensuring that Eirtakon will be bigger and better again!
Eirtakon 2012 will take place during the second weekend of November 9th - 11th. The committee is working their hardest to make sure that Eirtakon keeps on growing and that 2012 will have more events, more exclusive anime screenings, more special guests and an amazing experience overall at Ireland’s finest anime event.
"Opening pre-registration for Eirtakon 2012 is very exciting," said Shannan Walsh, Eirtakon 2012’s Convention Director. "Look forward to more fantastic announcements over the next few months as the entire committee works their hardest to ensure that this year’s convention is the best Eirtakon yet."
The committee is looking forward to announcing the guest of honour over the coming months, and work is already underway to make sure Eirtakon 2012 is a memorable experience with the most enjoyable events and screenings to be found at any anime convention.
