Eirtakon 2011's artist alley will be our biggest yet, making it the largest artists alley ever seen at an anime convention in Ireland! We have over 35 confirmed artists from all over the country making their way to The Helix this November!

Traders Hall

Eirtakon 2010 had the biggest traders hall ever seen at a convention in Ireland (almost three times the size of our old hall!) - that's a whole lot of merch! Eirtakon 2011 will step it up a notch with even more traders and distributors offering you serious discounts on some seriously high quality DVDs, books, plushies, merch and more!

Bring 'n' Buy

Eirtakon 2010's bring n buy was a massive success and enjoyed by hundreds of eager bargain hunters - and 2011 is only going to get bigger!

Anime Screenings

The heart of Eirtakon! Eirtakon 2011 will have over 30 hours of anime screened, from the minute we open the doors to the minute we close them. Expect more exclusives of the latest straight from Japan, old classics and new sensations in our dedicated screening rooms!

Panels & Workshops

Eirtakon's panels and workshops are stuff of legend... informative, entertaining, often funny and sometimes insightful! Eirtakon 2011 will have a bigger range of panels than ever before, from workshops to Q&A sessions!

Gaming at Eirtakon

Eirtakon's games room in 2010 was the biggest one yet, and 2011 will see even more games available to relax, have a battle, or get down and dirty with some of the best game players who share their love for anime and Japan!

Manga Library

After a welcome return in 2010, Eirtakon 2011's manga library will be stocked even fuller with a wide range of manga for your enjoyment! The manga library will once again be hosted in a dedicated and quiet area on the middle floor of The Helix, a cozy retreat from the noise and fanfare of the venue. So come on up for a relaxing read in a comfortable location!
