The samsung Galaxy mini and the Nokia E5.
Just wondered does anyone know much about these phones

I would definitely recommend the Android+Touchscreen over anything by Nokia. Takes a little while to get used to, but touchscreens really are so much more versatile than keys.

Keyboards are better for typing.
Though I reckon touchscreen smartphones are better at just about everything else.

I'd go with the Samsung, they're all-round fantastic phones. Definite market leaders at the minute, IMO. I've found that touchscreens take a few days of getting used to but they are faster and more responsive than buttons.
Avoid current Nokia/Blackberry phones. They're poo.

thanks for the help guys. I shall be purchasing the samsung then XD. i will say i was a bit weary about the whole touch screen but might as well go with the future. Im suprised the current nokia phones are so bad as they used to be brilliant phones back in the day.

I wouldn't say Nokias are bad, just more basic. They don't do anything wrong but they don't really excel like a good smartphone.

While I do love a good qwerty keyboard, If the touchscreen has android, I'm sold. Cept for emulators that have the buttons on the screen so your thumbs get in the way...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini and it's the best thing ever. It takes a little getting used to if you've been used to qwerty phones for most of your adult life but it's well worth it. I got mine for €100 at The Carphone Warehouse.
