While I don't have access to the stats off-hand, looking from a global perspective, it still saddens and astounds me that there's still 10% usage of IE8.
Less than 1% in IE7, which means if anything...

Oh great, the IE double-standards... I guess it's ignoring some element or CSS call, as the site itself uses HTML5 semantic elements, and the footer uses max-width and other classes and styles.
