Film title rediscovery thread
Got a film that you saw ages ago for which you'd like to discover the title then simply post details here of scenes you remember and we, the collective movie nerd population of the forums, shall try our best to offer possible suggestions as to it's identity.
So I'll go first then
(and yes I've already exhausted google searches before seeking your help)
here's what I remember from a film I saw a lot of times as a kid, I believe it was a comedy.
(I'm pretty sure this is the first 2 mins of the film) There is a guy strapped into the electric chair about to be executed for a crime he didn't commit (he's saying this in an inner monologue), his only alibi to his innocence is a bunch of three nuns who are standing by his side, however having sworn an oath of silence they cannot help him. From here the film goes into a flashback.
cut to another scene I remember and the guy from the electric chair is on the roof of an insect exterminators van while it is driving on it's own(which has I believe a model of a insect on the roof), he's fighting with the exterminator whom I believe was the actual criminal.
and that's all I remember.
Anyone got any ideas?
